I’m finally going to get to see Yellowstone this year. In early October a buddy and I are driving up to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons for a guys getaway. Roger and I get along great and we’re both easy to please so this should be a fun trip.

Neither of us has been to Yellowstone before so we’re hoping for fair weather so we can get some hiking in and the general tourism stuff as well. We’re both going to be tent camping so hopefullt we won’t freeze our butts off as the weather gets into the 30′s at night from what I’ve found. With a good sleeping bag, I’m sure we’ll do fine.

On a side note per my last post, my ARB bumper is due to be delivered to SLC Utah a week or so before this trip so we may get to take a side trip out there before heading back to good ol Texas.

I still have a ton of planning to do since I’m never satisfied with stuff like that so I’ll keep everyone informed as best I can. If you’ve ever been to Yellowstone or the Tetons and have any ideas of what to do or not to do, please feel free to contact me with your advice.
